We’re looking for a reliable HGV Concrete Mixer Driver to deliver ready‑mix concrete from Cairnrobin Quarry to local sites. This is a steady, hands‑on role suited to someone who likes routine work, good kit, and a straightforward team.
Duties
- Drive and operate an HGV concrete mixer safely
- Load, transport and discharge concrete to customer sites
- Complete delivery paperwork and follow site instructions
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance
- Keep the mixer clean and in good working order
- Represent the company professionally with customers
- Support yard/quarry staff when required (light duties only)
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Experience driving mixers preferred, but training can be given
- Good awareness of safety and customer sites
- Reliable, steady and able to work independently
- Able to commute to Cairnrobin Quarry daily
