About the role
As a Clinical trainer, reporting to the Clinical Training Director, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of clinical training for Lumenis customers, distributors and field employees.
This position also involves overseeing every detail of training logistics to guarantee smooth and successful training sessions. The position includes both the UK territories (50% of the time), as well as supporting our activities in Europe (the other 50%).
Main Duties and responsibilities
Provide clinical training to existing and potential customers (digital and onsite).
Provide clinical training to existing and potential distributors’-affiliated clinical trainers and follow them up.
Collaborate closely with the Clinical Training Director and the EMEA and LATAM Clinical Team to implement and uphold rigorous high-quality standards in training.
Coordinate all local clinical events.
Demonstrate use/ benefits of Lumenis Aesthetic portfolio products to the customers.
Proactive involvement with the new changing needs of digital engagement.
Ensure that all training programs meet the required regulations and standards.
Innovate the current educational offering for salesforce and customers to a digital platform.
Contribute to the global effort in producing collaterals such as but not limited to blog, newsletter, application notes etc.
The position involves traveling throughout the UK, as well as in Europe, based on the business' needs and as per a pre-established schedule mutually agreed upon with the Clinical Training Director
Requirements:
Must be located in the UK.
Driving license is a must.
Flexible work schedule aligned with business needs, including occasional weekend events.
Demonstrates responsiveness and professionalism in addressing customer inquiries promptly via email, WhatsApp or telephone.
Experience or training in the medical device industry; preferable experience in the aesthetics field - an advantage.
Experience in preparing and adjusting clinical presentations as per audience and allocated time.
Accurate in delivering training messaging with the ability to strike the right balance between clinical, marketing, and sales-oriented communication
Excellent presentation skills.
Must be willing to travel throughout UK and Europe - up to 70%.
Interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
Results- driven and self-motivated, highly organized and detail oriented.
Able to work independently and cooperate with others, teamwork.
Enthusiastic about gaining new knowledge and dedicated to self-improvement by regular engagement in professional development activities (such as but not limited to gathering clinical updates from scientific journals).
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional European languages will be considered an advantage.
