About the role:
The Commercial Excellence Team drives consistent commercial performance across PwC, supporting the firm’s strategy for sustainable, profitable growth. The team works across the business to enhance outcomes through deal and negotiation support, targeted commercial capability building, and optimisation initiatives. It collaborates with partners and Lines of Service to strengthen commercial skills and implement improvements that maximise value and efficiency.
What your days will look like:
Provide strategic commercial guidance and support for complex bids, shaping opportunities to achieve strong outcomes
Lead bid modelling, pricing strategy development, and clear presentation of commercial solutions
Negotiate client frameworks, rate cards, and incentives while communicating complex pricing to senior stakeholders
Build commercial capability across the firm through collaboration, training, and sharing best practice
This role is for you if:
Proven commercial pricing and deal shaping expertise (incl building bespoke & complex commercial models)
Technology pricing expertise is highly desirable
A solid background in commercial contracting principles
Experience of working closely & negotiating with Client Procurement teams
Experience in managing both Private & Public Procurement processes (highly desirable)
Strong financial, business and commercial acumen
An ability to challenge and influence a range of stakeholders in a commercial environment
