Mulberry House Ongar, Essex is a privately owned Wedding & Events Venue.
We are looking for bar tenders to work during our wedding and event functions. We are a busy wedding venue and can host upto 200 people in our banqueting rooms. Bar tenders will need to be willing to work in a busy environment. Lots of fun, live music looking our our wedding guests
Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with company recipes and standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies
- Prepare drinks and fresh cocktails.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Pour wine, serve and make great drinks.
- Use a till, cash handling.
- Polish and clean glassware and cutlery
- Work until finish which can be up to 2am. Shift patterns can rotate and be flexible around your availability.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in basic maths for handling transactions
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
