Pay: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours:Wednesday to Sunday9:30am – 3:30pm
The Cosy Corner Bistro is a warm and welcoming café and bistro located in Worcester. We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and experienced Chef/Cook to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone seeking school-friendly working hours, a great work-life balance, and the opportunity to work in a relaxed and supportive environment.
The Role: Preparing and cooking breakfast, brunch and light lunch dishes Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards Assisting with menu preparation and daily specials Managing food preparation and stock rotation Ensuring consistent food quality and presentation Working independently during quieter periods and as part of a team during busy services
What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Chef, Cook or Kitchen Team Member Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent time management and organisational skills Food Hygiene Certificate preferred but not essential
