Full-Time Swimming Teacher (SEN Specialist) – Just Keep Swimming
We're looking for a passionate full-time Swimming Teacher with strong Special Educational Needs (SEN) experience, to join our team at Just Keep Swimming.
Full-Time Swimming Teacher
Daytime Hours
- 2–3 weekdays, 9:00am–3:00pm (must have SEN experience and be coachable)
Plus:
- Monday: 3:45pm–7:45pm
- Wednesday: 3:45pm–8:15pm
- Friday: 3:45pm–7:45pm
- Saturday: 8:00am–4:00pm
- Sunday: 8:30am–4:00pm
Please note: Daytime hours will only be offered to candidates who can also commit to at least one weekend shift and two weekday evening shifts.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent references
- Has strong SEN experience
- Has mainstream swimming teaching experience
- Has a solid swimming background
- Is kind, caring and child-focused
This is a role for a very special teacher—someone who is adaptable, compassionate and able to understand each child's individual needs. You'll become an important part of our swimmers' lives, so building trust and lasting relationships is essential.
We offer competitive pay, but we're looking for a minimum one-year commitment.
Salary: Competitive rate of pay, discussed privately.
