Responsibilities
Support people in their own homes
This role includes
- Provide support and assistance when required by individuals we care for
- Assist with night duties such as meal preparation, and medication management fitness and nutrition
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for individuals under your care
- Document and report any changes in behaviour or health status to the appropriate supervisor
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of individuals
Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with challenging behaviours/ and or disabilities preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
- Empathy and compassion towards individuals with disabilities
Wages range from £13..45to £14.45 based on experience and package.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Full-time
Pay: £13.45-£14.45 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 48.0 per week
