JMCP Logistics Ltd is a brand-new distribution company, launching a major delivery contract in Motherwell. We’re building a reliable, motivated team of self-employed drivers to deliver parcels across our community – and we’ll make sure you have everything you need to succeed. ✅ What We Provide
- Guaranteed Work – rate advertised based on 5 shifts but 6 available (£793.80 p/w). Saturday paid at £15.00 per hour and Sunday at £16.00 (we will also consider people who only want to work Sat / Sun).

✅ What We’re Looking For
We want hardworking, professional drivers who take pride in their work and customer service.
- Full UK/EU driving licence (minimum 12 months held)
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Physically fit and motivated for a fast-paced role
- Maximum 6 points on licence
- Basic English-speaking ability
- 7 day a week operation - weekend availability is essential

- Parcels weigh up to 20kg maximum
- Using a delivery app with pre-planned, numbered routes
- Scanning, drop-offs, and collections made efficient and straightforward
