We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead major projects within the Data Centre, Life Sciences and Power sectors across Ireland and the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for large-scale construction and engineering projects.
- Manage project delivery, programme, budget, risk and stakeholder relationships.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure successful project execution from inception to completion.
- Oversee commercial performance, governance and client engagement.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Director on large-scale construction or engineering projects.
- Demonstrated track record managing projects valued at £100m+.
- Experience within Data Centres, Life Sciences, Power or similar complex industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
Location: Dublin, Cork.
Contract: 12 months
Rate: Competitive hourly rate (€), dependent on experience.
Pay: £46,500.69-£110,576.52 per year
