The Role
As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for delivering a consistently high-quality breakfast service for our hotel guests. You will prepare and cook both cooked-to-order and buffet breakfast items, maintain excellent food hygiene standards, and ensure guests start their day with an exceptional experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie or Commis Chef
- Passion for quality food and hospitality
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage breakfast service
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health safety requirements
- A positive attitude and strong team ethic
