Overview
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Assistant Photographer to join our creative team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about photography and digital media to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. The role involves supporting the photography processes, assisting with editing tasks, and gaining practical experience across various media platforms. Responsibilities
- Assist with capturing high-quality photographs and videos for various projects and clients
- Support the setup and organisation of photographic and filming equipment on location or in studio
- Contribute to photo editing and post-production using Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing engagement metrics
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative concepts and visual styles for projects
- Maintain organised archives of digital assets and ensure files are properly labelled and stored
- Attend shoots and assist with logistical arrangements as required
Requirements
- Availability and commitment to every Tuesday from 9am to 4pm for the next 12 months
- A genuine interest in photography
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Creative Suite, and Final Cut Pro is desirable but training will be provided
- Experience or familiarity with photo editing, social media management, or content creation is a plus
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements
- A portfolio or examples of previous work (if available) would be advantageous

Pay: £15.00 per hour
