We are looking for experienced and committed individuals with a positive attitude to join our friendly housekeeping team in a dual-role position as a Linen Porter and Room Attendant.
This is a varied role where you will work as a Linen Porter for approximately 2 hours per day, with the remainder of your working day spent carrying out Room Attendant duties.
You will need to be happy and comfortable performing both roles, as flexibility is an important part of the position. We are looking for someone who is a reliable, hardworking and adaptable team player, willing to support the wider housekeeping team wherever needed.
You will need to reliably commute to the hotel, which is located in the London EC2A area.

The Role: Linen Porter & Room Attendant
Linen Porter Duties – approximately 2 hours per day
- Delivering and collecting linen throughout the hotel
- Keeping linen rooms, trolleys and stock areas clean, organised and well maintained
- Ensuring housekeeping teams have the linen and supplies they need
- Supporting the housekeeping team with the smooth running of daily operations
- Reporting stock requirements or any issues to the relevant team member
Room Attendant Duties – remainder of the shift
You will play a key part in the guest experience by:
- Cleaning and preparing hotel bedrooms and bathrooms
- Making beds and replenishing guest supplies
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Ensuring rooms are prepared to the required hotel standards
- Working efficiently to meet daily room targets
- Supporting colleagues and working as part of a busy housekeeping team

Previous linen porter or hotel housekeeping/cleaning experience would be advantageous, but we do offer full training for our staff.
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding role. Linen Porter duties involve regular lifting and carrying of linen and housekeeping supplies, as well as pushing and pulling trolleys containing dirty linen. Room Attendant duties also involve bending, stretching, standing and being on your feet for extended periods.
Applicants must ensure they are able to safely perform the duties required across both aspects of the role.
We require staff to cover the hours of 8:00am – 4:00pm.
