Senior Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare
Location: Wolverhampton (office-based)
Salary: £30,000 - 33,000 depending on experience (37.5 hours per week)

We are now seeking a driven experienced senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You will work alongside experienced recruiters, gaining the support and development needed to build a successful career in healthcare recruitment.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Source, attract, and register candidates for complex care roles.
- Advertise vacancies using a wide range of media.
- Headhunt and proactively contact suitable candidates.
- Screen CVs, manage interviews, and carry out compliance checks (e.g. references, right-to-work).
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Promote vacancies and services through social media and other channels.
- Support with rotas, rostering, ongoing compliance and care related issues on a day to day basis.
- Support the management of our out-of-hours service on a shared rota (e.g. 1 weekday evening per week + 1 weekend in 4).
What We’re Looking For
- Up to 2 years recruitment experience in healthcare
- Driven, ambitious, and target-focused.
- Confident, personable, and an excellent communicator.
- Comfortable with cold calling and working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
- Strong IT skills, organised, and process-driven.
- A genuine interest in people and a passion for helping others find employment.
- Knowledge of the regulated commnity healthcare sector
