Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
WORKING HOURS MONDAY TO SATURDAY 5-8am
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as required.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to drive is preferred for roles that require travel between locations.
- Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- A background in customer service will be beneficial in understanding client needs and expectations.
