Role Overview
As a Production Operative specializing in Print and Heat Seal, you will be an integral part of our production team. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence will ensure the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain print and heat seal machinery, ensuring efficiency and precision in production processes.
- Prepare and manage materials, ensuring they meet job specifications and quality standards.
- Execute production orders accurately and on time, following all technical and design specifications.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure finished products meet company and client expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows and meet production targets.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring stock levels are sufficient for ongoing operations.
Requirements
- Experience in operating print and/or heat seal machinery (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a production setting.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
