About the Role:
ZEN Educate is looking for enthusiastic and dedicatedTeaching Assistants, or candidates with transferable skills and a passion for learning, to support schools in the Weston-super-Mare area for both long-term and daily supply roles.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide support to children with special educational needs (SEN)
- Assist class teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Work one-on-one with students who need additional support
- Support student progress to ensure every child reaches their full potential
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a thriving and positive school community
Requirements:
- Teaching Assistant experience preferred, but not essential
- Experience working with children with special educational needs, or transferable skills from another role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Adaptability to meet the individual needs of students
