We’re growing, and we’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Food Production Operatives to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Food Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are processed and packed to the highest standards. Your tasks will include:
- Working on production lines — filleting, trimming, salting, grading, and packing fish
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently
- Meeting daily targets with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Checking product quality, labelling, and packaging
- Supporting the delivery of the daily production plan
- Completing paperwork where required
- Minimising waste and maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
- Following all Health & Safety and hygiene requirements

We’re looking for team players who bring a positive attitude and take pride in doing a good job. You’ll need to have:
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- A proactive, reliable, and hardworking approach
- The ability to perform repetitive or physical tasks (including lifting up to 20kg)
- A reasonable level of numeracy and literacy (for basic paperwork)
- Willingness to work in a chilled environment
- Commitment to Health & Safety and quality standards
- A readiness to undertake training and learn new skills
