As SRG continues to expand, we’re building a new Employee Benefits proposition and are looking for an Account Administrator to support this growing team. This role combines the stability, resources and market presence of a major national broking group with the entrepreneurial momentum of a growing business area, creating genuine scope for career development, influence and long-term progression.
Working closely with the Employee Benefits Advisor, you’ll provide support across a varied portfolio of SME and corporate clients, helping to deliver a consistent, high-quality service and an exceptional client experience.
For the right individual, this role offers a pathway to an advisory position, with the opportunity to take real ownership of your workload, build and nurture client relationships, and play an active role in shaping how our Employee Benefits proposition evolves.
-
Provide core administrative support to Employee Benefits Advisors, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day management of SME and corporate client schemes.
-
Coordinate insurer engagement, gathering and comparing quotations and supporting structured market reviews and renewals.
-
Produce compliant client documentation, including suitability letters, reports, and audit‑ready records aligned with FCA standards.
-
Maintain accurate systems and scheme data, processing new business, renewals, adjustments, and liaising with insurers and third parties.
-
Support technical work across employee benefits, including group risk and PMI, while developing product and market knowledge from the ground up.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a structured, client focused environment and is keen to develop a long‑term career within insurance.
We are looking for individuals with:
-
Strong administrative capability with high attention to detail
-
Confidence in producing clear, professional documentation
-
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across a wide stakeholder group
-
Experience within a UK employee benefits, insurance or advisory environment (desirable, but not essential)
-
Experience with group risk or PMI (beneficial, but not essential)
-
Familiarity with Acturis or similar CRM/broking systems (beneficial, but not essential)
When you join SRG, you’re stepping into more than just a role, you’re becoming part of a team that backs your ambitions and celebrates your success. We’ll give you the space, support, and opportunities to grow your skills, explore new challenges, and shape a career you’re proud of.
And because we believe great work should be rewarded, here’s what you can look forward to:
- 25 days holiday plus an extra half-day off to celebrate your birthday month
-
Company pension scheme to help secure your future
-
Private medical cover for peace of mind
-
Life insurance, income protection and sick pay to support you when you need it
-
Charity and volunteering days so you can give back to causes you care about
