Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking to join a respected national law firm with a strong local presence in Warrington?
Our client is a well-established, multi-service law firm with offices nationwide and an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality legal services with a personal touch. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their thriving Warrington office.
This is an opportunity to become part of a supportive, well-structured team within a firm that genuinely values long-term career development.
The Role
You will manage a varied and high-quality private client caseload, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential)
You will benefit from strong referral streams, administrative support, and modern case management systems, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent client care.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (ideally 2+ years’ PQE, though all strong candidates will be considered)
- Experience handling a private client caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
- STEP qualification (desirable but not essential)
