Property Sales Advisor
We are looking to fill the above role at our Property Sales Centre at 1 Harrison Gardens, Edinburgh. Principal duties:
- Selling Blair Cadell services
- Managing sales and purchases
- Liaising with clients, other agents and third parties face-to-face, via telephone and email
- Assisting potential viewers and property valuations
- Assisting with all enquiries
- Following up information requests and speaking to viewers to gain their feedback
- Updating information on bespoke software system
- General administration duties as required
We are looking for candidates with:

- Exceptional focus on client service
- Effective client communication abilities
- Multi-tasking ability with capability to maintain accuracy
- A positive attitude
Property sales experience would be beneficial but is not essential
