Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front of House Operations team member to oversee the guest experience and ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves managing guest interactions, coordinating with team members, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Responsibilities
- Work with each site manager to ensure standards are being met and surpassed
- Work at each site to observe operations, liase with managers to review and improve service
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Train and supervise staff members in guest service protocol
- Check Rotas to ensure sufficent staffing requirements
- Deal with FOH suppliers to ensure best pricing.
- Support event setups and assist with special functions as required

- Requirements
- Proven experience in management, hospitality, or guest services roles
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse guests
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations diplomatically
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and high standards of service excellence

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
