Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Technical Planner is to act as the central organisational hub for technical department. You will be responsible for coordinating field engineers’ schedules, managing project logistics, and processing technical and procurement documentation. Your goal is to maximize efficiency of install engineers and ensure seamless administrative support for ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
The Technical Planner’s responsibilities include:
· Manage scheduling and technical team inbox
· Manage the technical tracker ensuring Technical Team have equal share of the work
· Schedule engineering works for installation team
· Be the first point of contact for the scheduling/technical enquiries and prioritise accordingly
· Organise Purchase Orders, planned purchases as advised from the Technical Managers
· Utilise Sage 200 to ensure materials are ordered on time, in full and ready for the scheduled works
Requirements
The Technical Planner requires:
· Planning skills – previous planning role would be advantageous
· Technical Experience – experience in a technical role is advantageous but training will be provided
· Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
· Full UK Driving Licence

Hours
· Core working hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
