RD Clinics is looking for exceptional Hands-On Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, and Sports & Remedial Massage Therapists to join our growing team on a self-employed, commission-only basis.
This opportunity is ideal for therapists looking for part-time work with regular weekly shifts, alongside the flexibility to pick up additional overtime when available.
Weekend and evening shifts are our busiest sessions, making them the best opportunity for new therapists to build a busy client list and maximise earnings.

The Opportunity
We're looking for therapists who:
- Can commit to a consistent weekly rota
- Enjoy working in a hands-on clinic

Shift Availability
Typical shifts include:
- Morning: 8:00am–2:00pm
- Afternoon/Evening: 2:00pm–8:00pm
- Full Day: 8:00am–8:00pm
Sunday shifts:
9:00am–6:00pm
Regular overtime is often available during busy periods.
Sports & Remedial Massage Therapists
You'll be expected to:
- Deliver high-quality sports and remedial massage treatments
- Provide excellent client care
- Build and retain a loyal client base
- Maintain accurate treatment notes
- Work closely with management to improve client retention
- Continue developing your skills through CPD
Minimum requirement: Level 3 Sports Massage Qualification.
Hands-On Physiotherapists
In addition to the above, you'll:
- Deliver standalone physiotherapy appointments
- Use a predominantly hands-on treatment approach
- Typically provide around 60–70% hands-on physiotherapy, with massage integrated into treatment plans where appropriate
- Also deliver sports massage treatments when required
HCPC registration is essential.
Osteopaths
Suitable for both trainee and qualified Osteopaths.
Initially, you'll carry out a mixture of osteopathy and sports massage appointments while building your client base, progressing towards predominantly standalone osteopathy sessions.
GOsC registration is required where applicable.
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Sports Massage qualification (minimum)
- HCPC registration (Physiotherapists)
- GOsC registration (Osteopaths)
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Strong hands-on treatment skills
- Excellent communication
- Weekend availability
- Professional and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Skills (Desirable)
The more treatments you can offer, the busier your diary is likely to become.
Experience in any of the following is advantageous:
- Dry Needling
- Dry Cupping
- Myofascial Release
- Lymphatic Drainage
- Pregnancy Massage
Pay
This is a commission-only, self-employed position.
Typical commission rates:
- Sports & Remedial Massage: £14-£37 per client (30-90 minute appointments)
- Physiotherapy/Osteopathy: £25 (new patient)-£30 (return) per 45-minute appointment
Your earnings will depend on the number of clients you see and the treatments you provide.
