Hoo Hing is one of the leading frozen delivery services in the country. Our customers have been with us for over 50 years and rely upon our teams to take their orders, pick their orders, and deliver. The goal is to provide a service to our customers’ that exceeds expectations while at the same time continuously improving inefficiencies.
Protective clothing designed to deal with cold temperature will be provided, along with breaks to warm up and a hot drink when necessary. Reporting to the franchise owner, you are responsible packing customers’ frozen orders ready for dispatch in a timely and accurate manner.
You may be required to support with other duties to maintain the flexibility of a small business.
This position is full time working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. (Occasionally you may be required to work on Saturday, once every 3 months)
*Role and Responsibilities:
o Picking and packing of customers frozen orders accurately
o Assist in unpacking stock and replenishing rollers.
o Monitoring stock levels and stock management
o Keep the freezer clean and tidy during the shift.
o To ensure safe working practices are always observed in a difficult working environment.
o Improve inefficiencies and putting them into practice.
o Helping the office team where appropriate
