We are looking for a HR Assistant to join our team.
As the successful candidate stepping into this newly created HR Assistant role, you will have the opportunity to play a key part in supporting our people and contributing to a positive employee experience across the Firm.
You will assist the HR team by providing comprehensive HR administration support across the full employee lifecycle, gaining valuable exposure to a broad range of HR activities, whilst developing your knowledge and career within the profession.
Key responsibilities
The HR Assistant will have the opportunity to:
· Ensure HR administration is completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed timescales.
· Support the HR team with day to day administration across the full employee lifecycle.
· Maintain accurate, up to date employee records with the highest levels of confidentiality.
· Help create a positive workplace experience by supporting employee social events, engagement activities and staff welfare initiatives.
· Contribute to a variety of HR projects, providing the opportunity to develop new skills and make a meaningful contribution to the Firm.
· Coordinate training sessions, maintain training records and gather feedback to help support continuous learning and development.
· Work on ad-hoc HR projects.
