Lead. Coach. Inspire. Occasionally Save the Day.
We're looking for a Deputy Care & Development Manager who is just as comfortable reviewing a care plan as they are coaching our caregivers, providing daily care as part of our team, or stepping in when things get busy.
This isn't a desk only management role. It's a hands on leadership position for someone who loves developing people, supports continious improvement, and making a genuine difference to both clients and colleagues.
If you're the sort of person who spots a problem and fixes it before anyone else notices, enjoys mentoring others, and believes compliance and compassion can go hand in hand, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same, but you'll be:
Supporting the day to day management of a growing domiciliary care service
Leading on quality, compliance, audits, care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding
Coaching, mentoring and developing our care teams to be the best they can be
Delivering engaging training sessions face to face and supporting E Learning compliance
Carrying out competency assessments, support visits and supervisions
Supporting recruitment, inductions and staff development programmes
Reviewing care packages and helping deliver outstanding care experiences
Building positive relationships with clients, families, professionals and external agencies
Rolling up your sleeves and delivering care (because only the best people can make a great cuppa!)
Be part of our on-call rota 2 weekday evenings a week + 1 weekend per month.
