Imagine being the technology expert who keeps our hotels connected, supported and running smoothly.
As our Regional IT Support Engineer (North) on a 6-month fixed-term contract, you'll play a vital role in supporting the IT infrastructure across our Northern portfolio, including York, Leeds and Scotland. Working closely with hotel teams and the wider Group IT function, you'll ensure our systems are reliable, secure and performing at their best, enabling colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
From resolving technical issues and maintaining hardware to supporting networks, telecommunications and new technology deployments, no two days are the same. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and making a real difference across multiple sites.
This is a hybrid role supporting our Northern region, based around the York area. You'll regularly travel between our hotels in York, Leeds and Edinburgh, working closely with colleagues on-site to deliver exceptional IT support across the portfolio.
