Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective team management and leadership.

- Oversee food production processes, ensuring all dishes meet high standards of taste, appearance, and safety.
- Manage food preparation activities, including ingredient sourcing, portion control, and timely execution of orders.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff.
- Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and control costs without compromising quality.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary or hospitality setting.
- Extensive food production and food preparation skills with a strong foundation in cooking techniques.
- Demonstrated team management abilities, including training, mentoring, and motivating staff.
- In-depth kitchen experience with knowledge of various cuisines and culinary styles.
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation standards.
