We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our nurturing and professional early years team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about high-quality childcare and supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
- Plan and support age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
- Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues
- Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed at all times
Requirements
- Relevant Level 3 childcare qualification in Early Years or equivalent – essential
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, patient, and professional approach
About You
- Caring, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young children
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Relevant childcare qualification preferred (e.g. Level 2/3) but not essential
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting is essential

Core training is provided through extensive CPD opportunities it would be desirable to have prior knowledge in Safeguarding Level 1 and 2, Paediatric First Aid, Level 2 Food Safety.
