Join our friendly, supportive, experienced team of coordinators, who manage all client enquiries and organise the wheelchair repair and maintenance work schedules for our Engineers.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be required to deal with telephone enquiries for a significant part of each day. The work can be challenging and busy but the Team is extremely friendly and supportive. Living in or local to Chelmsford is advisable.
As a coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate work schedules for allocated Field Service Engineers and support the administration of this. This includes deliveries, collections, repairs and safety inspections of wheelchairs.
- Have a "can-do" attitude and approach to your work.
- Deal with telephone enquiries promptly in a polite, friendly, effective and professional manner.
- Deal with people on the telephone who may have difficulty communicating because of a disability or where English is not their first language.
- Have a good command of English.
- Have good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Be organised and efficiently manage your time, prioritising your workload.
- Work with an allocated Field Service Engineer and NHS Wheelchair Service Staff.
- Ensure all records and documentation are maintained.
- Maintain accurate database records, using word processing and IT skills, collating information and statistics as required.

Hours: This is a full time post, 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with one hour for lunch. Part-time applications will be considered - please state this on your application. Probationary period.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
