We are a small, traditional country pub in the heart of Mid Wales looking for a reliable and passionate Cook / Chef to join our friendly team.
Our pub is proud to serve hearty, home-cooked food in a warm and welcoming rural setting. We focus on classic pub favourites, seasonal specials, and quality ingredients – all freshly prepared and cooked to a high standard.
The role will include,
- Preparing and cooking traditional pub dishes
- Managing your own section and maintaining kitchen standards
- Ensuring food hygiene and cleanliness regulations are followed
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
About you,
- Experience in a similar kitchen environment preferred
- Able to work confidently on your own when required
- A strong team player who supports colleagues during busy services
- Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
Pay: £12.71-£18.56 per year
