Overview
Are you an all-rounder who loves being behind the bar but also excels at venue logistics, compliance, and standards? Sunnyvale Holiday Caravan and Lodge Park is seeking a Bar & Facilities Supervisor to take ownership of our venue operations.
This is a unique, dual-focus role. You will be our lead bartender—fully responsible for serving drinks, managing stock, ordering, and running the bar daily. Alongside this, you will oversee venue facilities and functions (such as safety, maintenance coordination, and contractor liaison) rather than managing people or supervising staff.

Duties
- Full Bar Operations: Act as the primary bartender, serving classic cocktails, beers, wines, and mocktails.
- Stock & Ordering: Manage inventory, place precise stock orders, and handle delivery logistics.
- Venue Readiness: Ensure the building is safe, clean, compliant, and fully prepared for guests each day.
- Maintenance & Security Liaison: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance teams, security services, and external contractors.
- Compliance: Execute opening/closing procedures, handle cash/POS systems, and maintain strict Health & Safety standards.
- Event Creation & Marketing: Concept, plan, market, and execute weekly events (e.g., trivia nights, live music, private parties) to drive foot traffic.
- Social Media Management: Create engaging content and post regularly on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms to promote events, daily specials, and venue updates.
Requirements
- Previous supervising experience within a facilities or hospitality environment
Pay: £13.50 per hour
