Responsibilities
- Handle incoming motor insurance claims by collecting accurate information from claimants and relevant parties.
- Handle taxi driver motor claims and deal with licensing of taxi vehicles
- Assess the validity of claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
- Coordinate assessors, and legal teams.
- Maintain detailed records of each claim, including correspondence, assessments, and decisions.
- Communicate clearly with customers throughout the claims process, providing updates and guidance.
- Organize and prioritize daily workload efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver excellent service.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing claim-related documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Skills
- Proven clerical experience with strong organizational skills to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with customers, repair providers, and internal teams.
- Ability to interpret policy documents, assess damages, and determine appropriate next steps confidently.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all claim information is accurate and complete.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry, record keeping, and correspondence management.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining a positive team attitude.
