We are looking for a proactive and organised Hire Desk Administrator to join our team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations, supporting customers, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer hire orders and off-hires from start to completion.
- Coordinate with the transport and engineering teams to arrange deliveries, collections, and repairs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on systems.
- Provide administrative support to the team and management as required.
- Follow up on outstanding information or updates with customers and internal departments.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in the powered access or hire industry and/or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Schedule: 08:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
