Professional Bartenders Wanted – Join the Bar Team at BAM Karaoke Box, Victoria

We’re looking for full-time professional bartenders to join the team at BAM Karaoke Box, our flagship 10,000 sq. ft. social entertainment venue in Victoria, London, featuring 22 private karaoke rooms and our vibrant destination bar, Bam Bam.

The Role
As part of our bartending team, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the high standards our venue is known for.
Responsibilities include:
- Hands-on cocktail making while setting the example for quality and consistency
- Delivering prompt, genuine and engaging service to every guest
- Sharing knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wines in a friendly and informative way
- Staying curious about new drinks, products and industry trends
- Supporting a strong team culture and maintaining high standards across the bar
About You
We are looking for bartenders who bring both technical skill and personality to the bar. You should be:
- Confident, engaging and naturally entertaining with a sense of style and flair
- Passionate about cocktails, spirits, wine and all things drink related
- Funny, calm, reliable, enthusiastic and kind with a positive attitude
- Experienced behind the bar with strong product knowledge
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy late-night venue
- Available to work evenings and weekends
