Master Technician – Automotive Industry
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Master Technician to join our busy and fast-growing automotive team at Phantom Motor Company.

Role Overview
As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and ensuring all vehicles are repaired to the highest manufacturer and safety standards. You will play a key role in supporting the workshop team and maintaining exceptional service levels. Key Responsibilities
- Advanced diagnostics and fault finding across multiple vehicle systems
- Complex mechanical and electrical repairs
- Supporting and mentoring junior technicians
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Accurate completion of job cards and workshop documentation
- Adhering to health & safety and manufacturer guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Master Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic skills using modern diagnostic equipment
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (essential)
- MOT licence (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A team player with a strong work ethic
