Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Mortgage Administrator to support our advisers and help manage applications from enquiry through to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Submit mortgage applications to lenders and follow through to completion
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
- Make sure all files are to a high standard for compliance purposes .
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
