Link-Force Ltd is seeking experienced Making Good Men to join a reputable construction company based in the OX4 area of Oxfordshire. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring properties are finished to a high standard by carrying out a variety of finishing tasks. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate good craftsmanship, particularly in minor plastering, patch repairs, painting and decorating touch-ups, as well as minor carpentry and joinery repairs. Your work will contribute directly to the quality and appearance of the completed projects, making a significant difference in client satisfaction.
- Previous experience as a Making Good Man or similar role in the construction industry.
- Valid CPCS card is essential.
- Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and a good understanding of finishing works.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to deadlines.
