Summary
Operations Administrators are responsible for a variety of activities, including: Collation of Warehouse Stats, Consumable Pricing, Fleet Maintenance & Safety Checks and Fuel Card admin. Collation and Filing of SOP, RA, FRA, and inputting data to ERP.
General Tasks will involve:
- Collating Warehouse Stats to be used as KPI’s
- Filing and distribution of RA, SOP and FRA to relevant departmental managers.
- Fleet Administration including safety checks, fuel cards and insurance requests for new vehicle hires.
- Weekly material requisitions for both Warehouse and Transport Consumables.
- Responsible for weekly Consumable stock checks.
- Data processing of Job Cards and holiday requests.
- Inputting information onto the ERP system to allow stock traceability.
- Compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Work Procedures (SWPs)
- Maintain and update SOPs
- Required to take a flexible approach, supporting other teams as necessary;
- Focused on H&S;
- Computer Literate;
Personal attributes: Qualifications, experience, skills, knowledge and competencies required to fulfil the role
- GCSE Pass (English, Maths, IT) or equivalent is desirable;
- A good level of attention to detail;
- The ability to work accurately under pressure;
- Good literacy and numeracy skills;
- The ability to work with others;
- Effective communication;
- Act in a professional manner;
- Hard-working, self-motivated and customer focused;
- Looks for opportunities to improve processes and channels suggestions appropriately.
