The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estate Planning & Financial Services Administrator to join our growing administration team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one year’s experience in a similar role who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
You will play a key role in supporting our client journey, working across communications, documentation and case administration, while ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times.
We are seeking someone who is:
- Confident, reliable and quick to learn
- Comfortable working in a busy, client-focused environment
- Professional in both written and verbal communication
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Experience within financial services is highly desirable, along with an understanding of compliance, particularly FCA regulations. Confidence in interpreting protection recommendations (such as life and critical illness insurance) would be a strong advantage.
Full training will be provided on our internal systems and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
- Handling a high volume of inbound client calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Managing a busy general enquiries inbox as part of a shared team responsibility
- Drafting, amending and preparing legal documents
- Printing, organising and preparing documentation for client dispatch
- Accurate data entry in line with strict compliance standards
- Supporting the wider administration team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5pm
- Friday: 8am – 4pm
