Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Mobile Area Supervisor to lead and oversee janitorial teams across multiple locations. In this role, you will ensure cleaning standards are met, coordinate daily operations, and support your team in delivering top-quality commercial cleaning services. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your leadership skills will make a direct impact on client satisfaction and team performance.
Must have a UK driving Licence
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff across designated areas, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Conduct regular inspections to verify adherence to cleanliness standards and safety protocols
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to promote best practices in commercial cleaning
- Communicate with clients to address needs, resolve issues, and ensure service expectations are met or exceeded
- Manage scheduling, assign tasks, and monitor team productivity throughout the workday
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, supplies usage, and safety compliance
- Promote a positive team environment by motivating staff and fostering professional development
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities management setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and janitorial equipment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently in a mobile supervisory role
Pay: £12.85 per hour
