If you have good practical workshop experience, the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we are prepared to invest in you.
What You Could Be Doing
- Vehicle servicing and repairs
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Brakes, suspension and steering
- Clutches and timing belts
- Fleet vehicle maintenance
- Vehicle inspections and MOT preparation
- Working on cars, vans and commercial fleet vehicles
No two days are necessarily the same, and there is an opportunity to develop your skills well beyond normal workshop work.Training & Career Development

Who We’re Looking For
You may already be an experienced or Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician — but Level 3 is not essential.
What matters to us is that you have genuine workshop experience, can work as part of a team and take pride in doing the job properly.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and honest
- Practical and willing to learn
- Proud of producing quality work
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Interested in developing their skills
- Positive and professional Ideally holds a full UK driving licence
