Summer Warehouse Operative (Temporary)
Location: Ford, near Shrewsbury
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break, 40 hours per week)
Duration: Late July/Early August to Late September
Gwaza Ltd is a leading agricultural parts and machinery wholesaler based in Ford, just outside Shrewsbury. Following the completion of our newly expanded warehouse facility, we are looking to recruit a small team of temporary Warehouse Operatives to support us during this exciting phase of our growth.
This is a hands-on role that will involve helping to fit warehouse racking, transferring stock into the new warehouse, organising inventory, and assisting with a variety of general warehouse duties as required.
This temporary position is well suited to anyone looking for summer employment, including university students available during the summer holidays, although applications are welcome from anyone who can commit to the duration of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the installation of warehouse racking.
- Moving stock from existing warehouse locations into the new facility.
- Organising and storing stock safely and efficiently.
- Supporting general warehouse operations as required.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full guidance will be provided.
