Reporting directly to QHSE Aberdeen Managing Director, demonstrate leadership and competence and play a critical role in helping to shape and deliver high-impact QHSE strategies.
Leading major projects, mentoring junior consultants, acting as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and key clients. Have the appropriate expertise to contribute directly to enhancing operational excellence, compliance, and sustainability outcomes.
Working with the Directors & Managers in the maintenance and improvement of processes within the organisation and helping towards leading the development and implementation of QHSE management systems and improvement initiatives.
Providing expert guidance on compliance with Management System standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 14064, ISO 14068, ISO 45001, and ISO 22000 FSSC) along with ensuring legal updates are implemented. Managing complex client engagements, ensuring delivery of high-quality services.
Supporting tendering and business development activities through technical input and leadership.
Mentor and support the professional development of junior consultants and QHSE professionals. Analyse QHSE performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist the Directors, Operations Manager and Technical Manager by representing QHSE Aberdeen at a Senior level as required.
Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
