The Little Bakery is looking to recruit Part-time baker to join their expanding team, that can work to a high standards and produce excellent products. This is a part time position with a potential of a fulltime job
We are offering the relative freedom to explore our afternoon teas, and provide an input on our specials for seasonal menu's and products. Working closely with the senior team and bringing additional skillset to the team.
Experience with viennoiserie would be nice as we adapt and expand our menu and product lines.
To be eligible you must have:
- Previous experience in baking
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to produce different products
- Have good social skills and be able to work as part of a team
- Hours are generally 3 days a week 8:00 - 17:00 but can fluctuate seasonally.

Responsibilities
- Utilize culinary skills to prepare and bake a variety of pastries and baked goods.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in all baked products.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate baking schedules and production.
- Utilize kitchen experience to troubleshoot and resolve any baking issues that may arise.
- Draw upon restaurant experience to meet customer demands and expectations.
