Responsibilities
- Use hand tools to thoroughly clean machinery, workstations, and factory floors
- Sweep, mop, and scrub surfaces to remove dust, debris, and spills effectively
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as break rooms, restrooms, and hallways
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
- Support maintenance teams by preparing work areas for repairs or inspections
Experience
- Previous factory or industrial cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting heavy objects safely
- Familiarity with safety standards related to industrial cleaning environments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards
