Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and professional Telesales Representative/Administrator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, promoting our products and services effectively
- Manage and update customer information within CRM systems, including Salesforce and other CRM software
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English when necessary
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling objections and addressing customer queries
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management principles
- Previous experience working with CRM tools or telemarketing platforms will be considered an asset
