As a part of the complex care team you will be delivering specialist care to service users with complex long term conditions such as
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Motor Neurone Disease
- Ventilated Clients
- Parkinsons
- ABI/TBI
- Huntington's
- Cerebral Palsy
- Transitional Care
Network Healthcare Complex Care Team will provide you with specialist nurse led training to develop a new skillset and the platform to deliver the highest standards of individualised person centred care.

Requirements
NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care with the desire to work towards NVQ 3 and beyond
Commitment to delivering high quality person centred care
Dependable, punctual & Reliable
Previous experience or training around, pegs, tracheostomies, ventilators desirable however not essential.
Competent & comfortable working autonomously or as part of a team.
Full UK driving license desirable
