Property Manager
Temporary role that may go permanent
Brighton
Full time 9-4.00 Monday to Friday
8.30 to 6 Monday to Friday during peak summer season July and August when required.
Occasional Saturday / half day if so day / half day of in the week
Property Manager working for a private growing residential property portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of properties, they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary as well as liaise with trades and other professionals.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 3 years Previous property management experience
Professional written and verbal communication
Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using ALTO and Microsoft Office
Full UK driving licence
Knowledge / experience of property management software ideally ALTO
Able to use their own initiatives
Knowledge of local Brighton and Hove rental market
Be able to work as part of a small team
Pay: £2,500.00 per month
