Are you passionate about delivering fantastic customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making every guest feel welcome? The Blackpool Tower is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Hosts to join our team.
From serving our famous Afternoon Teas in the stunning Tower Ballroom to welcoming guests in our coffee shops and bars throughout the building, you'll play an important part in creating memorable experiences for thousands of visitors every year.
What You'll Be Doing:
No two days are ever the same! Your role may include:
- Delivering warm, friendly, and professional customer service to every guest.
- Serving delicious food and beverages across our various food and drink outlets, including our coffee shops, bars, and the iconic Tower Ballroom.
- Supporting our renowned Afternoon Tea service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience in one of Blackpool's most historic venues.
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, snacks, and light meals.
- Taking customer orders and processing payments accurately.
- Keeping food and beverage areas clean, tidy, well-stocked, and presented to the highest standards.
- Assisting with the setup and close-down of service areas.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.
What We're Looking For:

- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Confidence communicating with guests of all ages.
- The ability to remain calm and positive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- A flexible team player who enjoys working with others.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
- Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, cafés, restaurants, bars, or customer service is desirable but not essential—we'll provide the training you need.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays.
